We begin with a conversation — by phone, video or in person at your cellar. This allows us to understand the scope of your collection, your timeline and your objectives before any commitment is made.

Cataloguing and appraisal
Our specialists will produce a full catalogue of your holdings, cross-referenced against current market data. For large collections, we can visit your cellar or bonded warehouse in person. The appraisal is complimentary and carries no obligation.

Sale strategy
Depending on your priorities, we may recommend selling as a single lot to a private buyer, breaking the collection into curated parcels, or a phased release to maximise overall return. We will present the options clearly and advise on timing.

Execution and settlement
We handle all logistics — from insurance and movement to buyer communication and legal documentation. Settlement is made to you within five business days of each completion. For collections held in bond, we aim to complete without any physical movement of stock.
